Simple and absolutely delicious, add this watermelon punch recipe to your arsenal and use it any day or the week you feel like drinking a nourishing drink.
1 Large watermelon
1 Stalk of celery
Remove the rind from watermelon.
Wash celery and remove the leafy part (optional)
Put watermelon, celery and cucumber into a blender.
Squeeze lemon juice also into the blender.
Blend for about 2 minutes.
Strain juice from the blender.
For me this drink needs no sugar but feel free to add some if you like.
