This is an easy to do, yet really good tasting cake, the hardest part is finding the soursop.
1/2lb butter/margarine (1blueband)
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup sour sop puree
1/4 tsp bitters
2 tsp almond essence
1 3/4 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup rum diluted with water to taste
Beat butter till creamed add condensed milk and egg…Whisk together well.
Stir in PUREE rum and essence then fold in dry ingredients into mixture.
Pour into a greased floured LOAF pan.
