There are many ginger beer options. Some are spicier than others and you can even create your own, we give our best that will have your friends and family coming back for more.
½ lb. dried ginger (pounded) green ginger
1 gal. water
A few cloves
3 lbs. sugar
¼ pt. white rice
Put all ingredients into a clean jar.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cover jar and leave for two days.
On third day strain through a thin muslin, and bottle.
Serve with cracked ice.
