Anything with mango and I’m there, try this recipe today!
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup mango puree
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp Vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 tbsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Pre-heat oven 350 degrees F
Cream butter, mango, and vanilla gradually add sugar, beating well.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans or 13×9 inch cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
