Sounds strange but very tasty you can add as much alcohol as you need.
1 very ripe soft breadfruit skinned n remove from cored
1 pint of Barbados brown rum or rum of your choice
2 tsp grated nutmeg
4 tbsp vanilla essence or almond essence
1 can of sweetened milk if you want to omit milk you can
2 32 oz cups of water
In a blender place the bread fruit n blend into a smooth paste and then transfer into a large jug or a medium pot.
Add remainder of ingredients n stir well making sure all the breadfruit has been stirred in.
Strain through a cheese cloth in to a clean container.
Pour into a jug n serve with ice or place in fridge until cold. Enjoy
