Bajan Rum Punch

Spread the love

Barbados Rum punch recipe, so here’s something typical Bajan to wash down all this lovely food with. The joy about this recipe is that it’s quite easy to tweak to your taste. This can be mixed in a two-liter bottle or pitcher.

Recipe

A third of a bottle of Mount gay rum
3 cups of a rich orange juice
1/2 cup of vimto cordial
1/2 cup of lime cordial

Method

Top up with water.

Stir (pitcher) or cover and shake to mix.

Pour over crushed ice and garnish slice orange/lime slices, a dash of bitter and nutmeg (optional).

You can add more Mount gay for strength but my advice would be to top up the cordials to sweeten it and adjust your water… or you can get a mango and orange cordial to add a twist.
