If you always wanted to learn how to prepare Prickle Pig Foot, a popular Bajan dish then look no further, visit your kitchen and get going with our recipe.
25 ml spoon (1,5 tbsp.) lime juice
1 onion, peeled and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 large cucumbers created
3 lbs of pig feet Clean
Clean foot removing all hair n stub off toes. Wash.
Put pig foot in a saucepan with enough water to cover.
Simmer, covered, for about 46-60 minutes, or until the foot is tender.
Meanwhile, mix lime juice with onion and salt and pepper and cucumber.
Drain and wash foot.
Place into a large bowl and spoon pickle over.
Serve hot with salted fish or meat.
