For puree you blend the fruits in a blender or Bullet, remove the seeds or keep them in or you can simply use the juice but add a yellow food color or use the yellow butter to get the rich color.
2 cups Butter
1 cup passion fruit puree
1-1/2 cup Milk
4 cups all-purpose flour
10 Large eggs
2 tbsp Vanilla
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the butter and sugar together.
Add the passion fruit puree, milk, and mix till they blend.
Sift the baking soda and flour together.
Add to the creamed mixture alternating with eggs, beating each egg at a time.
Add the vanilla and pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan.
Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes.
